Portioned and packaged, ready to cook, delivery by arrangement
Contents: goulash, roast, boiled meat, minced meat, soup meat, back/roast beef, escalopes (ossobuco or liver on request)
Sale in autumn/winter before Christmas and in winter/spring around Easter
The animals are born on our farm in autumn after the alpine season, raised by us and spend two summers on the high alpine pastures in the valley. In autumn after the grazing period, when the animals are 2 years old, we take them to our trusted butcher. We only feed hay and grain mix, no silage.
