We, the Holzer family, live on the Premstlahof farm with our 3 children and grandpa Sepp. Together we do the work at the farm with 4 cows, young animals, calves, sheep, goats, chickens,
\npigs, dogs and cats.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a> \u00a0\u00a0 \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Approximately 4.5 hectares of steep meadows are mowed twice a year. In order to be able to harvest this valuable fodder for the winter, our cattle and sheep are taken to the valley\u2019s alpine pastures in summer. We thus have more time to work in the steep meadows and to clean the cowshed thoroughly.<\/p>\n

A visit to the alpine pastures offers the opportunity to make beautiful excursions and hikes.<\/p>\n
