\u20ac20.00\/night<\/strong> for each additional person<\/p>\n

These are basic prices. We will be pleased to send you a non-binding offer according to the number of people\/children, season and length of stay.<\/p>\n

For short stays of 2-3 nights, we charge a supplement of \u20ac50.00<\/strong> for the final cleaning.<\/p>\n

Sauna:<\/strong>
\nOur small sauna can be used individually by all guests by arrangement.
\n25\u20ac per heating<\/p>\n

Washing machine:<\/strong>
\nThe washing machine, the dryer and the drying rack can be used by arrangement in the laundry next to the sauna.
\nWashing machine: 8 \u20ac per wash cycle
\nDryer: 8 \u20ac<\/p>\n

Visitor\u2019s tax:<\/strong>
\nThe visitor\u2019s tax of 2,50<\/strong> euros per guest and night is levied by the accommodation providers. The amount of this municipal fee depends on the category of the accommodation business. Children and young people under the age of 14 are exempt from the fee. The local tax is due upon departure and is shown separately on the invoice.<\/p>\n

Payments:<\/strong>
\nUnfortunately, card payments are not possible.
\nThe limit for cash payments is constantly changed by the Italian legislator. You can find information about the limit for cash payments on the booking confirmation.
\nThe booking confirmation also includes information about bank transfers.<\/p>\n

Arrival\/departure:<\/strong>
\nEvery day, preferably from Monday to Saturday.
\nOn the day of your arrival, your accommodation will be available from 3 p.m.
\nOn departure day, we kindly ask you to empty your room by 9:00 a.m.<\/p>\n

No pets allowed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Smoking is only permitted outside, but not in the courtyard.<\/p>\n

Cancellations:<\/strong>
\nIn the event of cancellation within 4 weeks before your arrival, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the booking price. In the event of short-term cancellation within 2 weeks before arrival, late arrival or early departure, we will charge the entire price. We ask for your understanding and recommend you to take out travel cancellation insurance (\u201cRed Rooster Cancellation Protection\u201d).<\/p>\n

Sustainability:<\/strong>
\n-Use of natural materials such as wood, reclaimed wood, stone
\n-Electricity from renewable energies (hydroelectric power and photovoltaic)
\n– Drinking water: own spring and farm products to avoid plastic packaging and long transport routes
